If the chip is lumpy (I&#039;m guessing that&#039;s what you&#039;re meaning) then some of the chip would turn out crispy and some of it (the thicker parts) would turn out soft. I mean, we&#039;re already trying to recreate a Pringles type of chip from scratch, so I don&#039;t know if there&#039;s room to play around with substitutes and still find a good result.  That said, if you try it you&#039;d need to mash the cauliflower very finely (so as not to have lumps).  Just a few thoughts.]]></description>
