Just wanted to comment on the salmon, you mentioned picking the bones out of the salmon. I buy that kind, and I always leave all the bones and skin in my patties and I (and my family) rarely notice them. While it sounds kind of gross, the bones are very soft, so there&#039;s not danger of them harming you. Also, I consider them added nutrients, especially calcium from the bones.

You may still prefer the boneless skinless kind, I just wanted to let you know that in case you didn&#039;t know!
